Your stuff!
It is definitely stuck.
You've been thinking about it and doing some work on it. You know you should be gentle with yourself and you're trying .. but sometimes you feel overwhelmed and just don't know what to do next ... and before you know it you're stuck in your head trying to figure it all out.
You might even be having some Kinesiology sessions which make you feel better for a while ... but then the realities of life creep back in and ooops ... stuck again!
The worst part?
It is sooo frustrating!
Negative thoughts creep in and you start feeling a bit out of control. You know to to make the best decisions you need to be calm and clear .... but the getting to calm and clear ... it's just not happening.
What if you could learn ...
- some quick ways to get back out of your head and into your body
- a bit more about the chakras - what each one means and what you might notice if they're out of balance
- an easy technique to balance your chakras yourself
- some helpful acupressure points you can use anytime to feel more calm
- and a little bit about connecting back to your intuition
Over two hours on a Sunday afternoon.
In a nice small group of lovely girls who are probably a lot like you.
With tea and some laughs and a very relaxed atmosphere. The 'I'm not alone with the stuckness' thing?
Definitely helps.
There will be a little bit of Kinesiology too ... just to show you how the techniques you're learning really do work to balance your body as well as your mind.
And guess what? When you're feeling calmer everything feels different ... and the stuckness kind of takes care of itself. Ideas come to the surface, decisions are easier to make and you start to naturally move yourself forwards without having to try so hard.
The group thing
There will be some discussion but you won't be put on the spot (ewww!) Don't worry, I don't always relish the idea of sharing in new groups either so I will definitely be gentle with that.
This won't be deeply personal ... it's far more light hearted than what you might be used to in a Kinesiology session. It will be nice and light and comfortable. And fun! Did I mention fun?
But the techniques you'll learn really do work when you're feeling stuck ... and you can use them yourself anytime to feel more grounded and clear.
This workshop will be held at Clyde St Studios ... my new clinic room! It is a lovely space, I think you'll love it. Just being in the room makes you feel more balanced and calm immediately!
Why am I doing this workshop?
I fell in love with Kinesiology because I was (and still sometimes am) a person who can get stuck in her head. So I know it is not fun! As you'll know I think Kinesiology sessions are a brilliant way to help you get back in your body and to create some clarity about what's going on - and to clear any negative energy so you can move forwards.
But what I also needed ... and I'm thinking you might too ... is some ways to balance myself when things get a bit too much. So I want to share some techniques ... most of which I learnt through studying Kinesiology but some through yoga or my own reading ... I want you to to learn how to get yourself unstuck ...
And mostly?
I want you to remember what a fabulously wonderful person you are so you can get out there and love living your life.
